New Push Me Programm

I keep thinking (and dreaming) to be better. Jewelry world, jewelry maker, jewelry dream !
Got to be productive, got to make time, got to push myself !

So starting today, I WILL (again WILL) make one piece per week. It can be a ring, a necklace, simple pendant, or a broken piece. Basically creative and productive.

This programm called New Push Me. Shortly NPM. Hehehehehe I know it sounds funny ;-)

This is my premiere piece. A ring made from ArtClay Silver. Inspired from sea, the inner side of the ring reminds me to seaweeds. For outer side, you'll find such small scallops texture. Very cute.

On the top I made a silver disc with same texture and put pretty pearl. 

My sea ring is ready. Ah .. I didn't forget to oxidize it to show the texture and color contrast better.

YOJ11 Week 5 - Little Black

The theme for this week is Dirty and Down.  It is some kind like how you catch your customers and which piece you will make for a good sale.  Better I tell you the important point to have customers in Germany.

Simple, elegant, chic is typical jewelry for German people.  A  light blue  topaz in bezel setting, suspended from a delicate cable chain or  a shimmering dangling grey freshwater pearl earring  are some examples for great profit.  An everyday jewelry!!!
The other point  is the Quality. Not only the quality of the jewelry itself, but also the material.  Silver, gold, pearl, precious stone, swarovski are very popular.  Tell them very detail about your jewelry. German people love discussion, and if it is regarding what their interest, you will win their hearts.

It isn't easy to put the both point in each jewelry I make,  because noone wants to seen as a 'stereotypical' person!  See the heart shape above. Not really heart, but still you know it is a heart. Simple but eye-catching.

I keep those 2 points for selling  my jewelry in home market. Give them Simple-Quality!

Need A Friend!

Whatever we are, wherever we are...a friend is always nice to have. This time I found out that a childhood friendship is easier to make than an adult friendship. Well, at least to my experience. This is like my up and down of friendship in last 10 years.
Since 2001 I live in Germany. Everything new, culture, people, language. I got to start search friend. 10 years are gone, I met many people. Too bad I find not a friend just like a best friend. Maybe I ask too much, can be I'm not a good friend to anyone else. But I learned to trust and share, learn to accept the friendship and as well as being a good friend myself. Who knows I find her/him, who accept my friendship, who trust me just who I am, and we share our life in bad and good time..... like a real BEST FRIEND!

Gothic Necklace

I found a rock, any rock! Yup... for the 5th week YOJ, I need any rock. I have many, just don't ask me what kind of rock is it:-) I called this black netted bezel cabochon... Gothic Pendant.
